Nice! I love the use of occlusion and shape merging in the shadows to reduce contrast on the unimportant areas!

The play in rendering styles between the weapon and character is interesting to say the least. Clean vs grungy? If this was intentional, well done; I would play it up even more!

The 2 main offenders in the piece in my opinion are the anatomy/perspective

First I'd say the leg/knee on the front are throwing me off.

- The front knee doesn't seems to look like the character is bending it a bit past 90 degrees. As such it seems a bit strange.

- The calf area all the way down to the ankle also seems a bit thinner than what is suggested by the leg in the back.

- I also feel like, taking perspective into account, the front leg (thigh to knee) is shorter than the one in the back.

Next I'd say the chest is a bit strange as, one breast is lying on the rips and the other is drooping off them. What I mean is, on the underside, one makes a outward C shape and the other makes an inward C shape. From our perspective, and her position, it feels like they should both be sharing the same shape. The shadow on the breasts also feels a bit too high if the light is coming from the front/top, especially when compared to the rest of the piece.

Lastly, and this one took me a while to notice, is the arm holding the hat. Skipping the armpit area, which does look weird but it would be fixed by this anyway, her arm feels like it's going too far up for where the hand is placed.

If you were to raise your arm to grab on to your head, or a hat near the front, the elbow should be almost at level with your eyes, while if you start reaching for the other side of your head, your arm begins to get closer to your head and your elbow points higher until it reaches the position it is in the painting. As such, the character's arm should be a bit more horizontal, almost the same angle (bit higher) as the arm grabbing the weapon, but in perspective.

As for the gun, of the 2 rings holding the barrels, the one closer to the front of the gun feels a bit wobbly.

You make amazing stuff and your rapid improvement is inspirational! I'm at the edge of my seat waiting for the next piece!
