Interesting take on things. Salem's cold look is nice, Tyrian's crying look is fundamental, but I don't feel the fear all that much. Salem's dead look is good, but Tyrian's crying in fear doesn't really do much for me.
On the note of Tyrian's appearance, I think his head's shape overall is a bit too smooth. If I look at Salem's hair, I see the clumps, but Tyrian's, while you've drawn the line divisions, along the head itself, it seems a little too smooth I think. (Smaller note but this isn't something to be taken as a critique: mouths getting a bit too close to the side of the face, but that's just what most manga artists do so it's nbd.)
On another note, Tyrian's head seems rather.... "flat". I cant tell there's deformation in the face from the line's youv'e drawn, but it's a little difficult to tell the depth in the face. Now GRANTED, cellular/anime/rwby shading and ink 'n paint materials do that in 3d so not too big a deal, but i think you could've maybe taken a little more liberty and given it more depth. While this flatness is not anything new, it's something that may be good to keep i mind and take liberties away from.
Eyes in the background are a nice touch, along with the drooling effect in the ... Grim Snakes? Idk what they are lol.
Nice work with the innards of Tyrian's tail.
Overall, nice work!
